Our Instructor: Jan Beck

Jan brings over 20 years of personal yoga experience and formal certification through The Yoga Abbey’s 200-Hour Teacher Training. She is passionate about helping individuals discover the benefits of yoga in a way that is approachable, personalized, and uplifting.

She teaches yoga classes locally and loves to support every body in their journey to mindful movement!

FREE Yoga Classes 

Tuesday, January 6 | 6:00–7:00 PM

Curious about yoga? Start here. These one-hour sessions will help to introduce you to foundational yoga shapes and breathing techniques. It’s perfect for anyone seeking:

  • Stress relief and relaxation

  • Improved balance, flexibility, and mobility

  • A gentle, accessible introduction to yoga

  • A complement to strength training or cardio

  • A supportive space to try something new

No experience necessary — all are welcome! Just bring a mat and come experience the power of Yoga and its incredible benefits to your body and mind!

 

Slow Flow Yoga Series

Tuesdays | 6:00–7:00 PM
Dates: All Tuesdays from 1/13 – 3/17

Unwind and reconnect with your body and breath. This 60-minute class blends mindful movement, longer holds, and deep stretches to help you:

  • Build strength and increase flexibility

  • Reduce physical tension and mental stress

  • Find stillness and self-care in your week

  • Take some time to allow restoration to your body & mind

Bring your yoga mat and any props (blocks, straps, blankets). Don’t have your own gear? No problem — we’ll have some available for you!
