Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic treatment has been clinically proven to be a very effective form of conservative physical and mechanical therapy for rehabilitation of neuromusculoskeletal injuries as well as a method to assist you in maintaining proper function of your neuromusculoskeletal system. Chiropractic treatment focuses on restoration and maintenance of mobility and function of the body’s soft tissues including muscle, tendon, ligament, discs, and joints. Chiropractic is most commonly associated with spinal manipulation, however at ChiroFitt we utilize numerous proven and effective treatment options, when indicated, to improve your condition in the least amount of time possible along with providing you with the best opportunity to maintain your progress long-term.

McKenzie Method (MDT)

McKenzie Method is a specific form of mechanical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments, discs) disorders. It is one of the most highly researched and respected forms of assessment and treatment for many common musculoskeletal ailments. Its focus is on helping you become more active regarding your treatment to aid and increase the likelihood of your condition healing in a more rapid amount of time. Following an appropriate assessment, the patient is properly educated on exercises and prevention strategies to help improve the condition, but more importantly on how to maintain and prevent recurrence of the problem.

Massage Therapy

ChiroFitt offers full service, therapeutic massage within a professional and comfortable setting. Massage therapy is performed by licensed massage therapists and can be integrated into your care plan for a seamless approach to specific musculoskeletal conditions. Massage can be obtained as a standalone service for chiropractic patients and non-patients. Techniques range from traditional Swedish and Deep Tissue to more specialized techniques.

Spinal Decompression Therapy

Spinal Decompression is an effective form of therapy for neck and low back pain related to bulging discs, degenerative discs, and in some cases herniated discs. It also benefits compressed nerves associated with spinal stenosis and herniated discs in the neck and lower back. In most cases, with the exception of those involving associated loss of sensation, muscle weakness, and/or incontinence, traction/spinal decompression therapy should be trialed prior to surgical consideration for these conditions.

Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic exercise is used to help correct and restore neuromusculoskeletal function including mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, balance and coordination. The goal of therapeutic exercise is to return an injured patient to a fully functioning, pain-free state. Loss of proper muscle and joint function are common effects that can lead to injury and/or be a result of injury. Therefore, it is extremely important that therapeutic exercise be considered as a part of your overall treatment plan. This form of therapy has been shown to be most effective in helping to improve function in more long-term, chronic (symptoms present for at least 3 months) conditions. It also has a role in helping to prevent future recurrences of injury.


Small Group Fitness Classes

ChiroFitt offers multiple group fitness classes with a focus on functional training. We want our clients to be strong for life outside the gym, not just gym strong! Our groups are smaller in size, up to 8 in a group, to give our clients a better training experience. Our group classes provide an excellent workout in a 30-40 minute time frame to assist our clients with making the most of their time, while giving their body the physical stress necessary to maintain mobility, flexibility, stability, strength, power and balance.

Semi-Private Training

We offer a range of training programs suitable for everyone from beginners to pros, from teens to seniors. Our goal is to help you reach your goal. It’s as simple as that. Come to our gym to work hard, and you’ll be joined by plenty of people doing the same thing. Our Semi-Private Training also includes our fitness consultation & assessment to help more specifically guide your training program.

Nutritional Coaching & Weight Loss

Whether your goal is losing weight, gaining weight, improving athletic performance or desiring a way to a healthier dietary plan we can assist you with our Nutrition Programs. Nutrition can significantly impact our health in both positive and negative ways, based upon our dietary habits. Our goal is to meet you at wherever you currently are with your dietary goals.

Unlike many dietary and weight loss programs, we tailor our program to you and not you to our program. In other words, we understand that we all have different reasons and struggles with managing a good diet and our goal is to assist you in overcoming your biggest obstacles and challenges to achieve lasting results rather than short term solutions.


Golf Fitness Program - Titliest Performance Institute

Our Golf Fitness Program is for those who want to improve their physical ability to effectively play the game of golf. The sport of golf and the repetitive rotation that is involved in swinging a golf club requires many regions of our body to be able to properly move and stabilize. Our Golf Fitness Program through the Titleist Performance Institute is tailored to players of all levels and abilities.

Sports Performance Training

For athletes who are serious about competition, we offer Sports Performance Training individualized to your body, your sport and your goals. Every athlete has different needs based upon their current movement patterns, sport, position and/or event. Our training process begins by determining your current level of movement and injury risk with our Functional Assessments. Our Functional Assessments help us determine whether or not there is a need for corrective exercise to restore mobility and stability to the body to decrease your risk of injury and ensure proper training patterns prior to beginning Sports Performance Training. In other words, we use corrective exercise to “tune your body” in preparation for Sports Performance Training. This “tuning” will significantly reduce your risk for injury and sets the stage for you to dominate your sport with a body that is prepared to truly accept the physical demands of Sports Performance Training with optimal response and gains.
