We Work with all insurance plans as an out-of-network provider.
Do You Take my Insurance?
ChiroFitt works with your insurance plan as an out-of-network provider. This allows us to provide you with the best care possible without limitations that often are dictated by your insurance company.
As a result, you will pay us directly and then self-submit to your insurance company. We will provide you with a SuperBill with all of the information required for submission to your insurance company. Out-of-network coverage varies, but good plans can reimburse 50% or greater for cost of services, upon meeting your deductible.

How Do I Submit Claims?
The easiest way to submit your claim is through your insurance company’s online portal, if you have one. If you do not have online portal access, call the member’s service phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask for a “member’s claim form and a claims mailing address.
Once you submit your claim, either through an online portal or with the “member’s claim form” with your ChiroFitt Superbill(s), your insurance company will pay you directly.
Out of Network Tips:
- If you have a high deductible plan, our upfront rates and package discounts are often lower than in-network rates.
- If you are using funds from your Health Savings Account or Flex Savings Account, our lower rates are less likely to exhaust your funding.
- If you have met your out-of-pocket maximum for the year and your insurance pays 100% of your healthcare bill, your rate may be the same for both in-network and out-of-network clinics.
What are the benefits of Out-of-Network?
At ChiroFitt we believe in providing customized care plans without the restrictions of in-network limitations to accelerate your response and recovery to our care. When in-network, insurance companies often dictate a very limited number of sessions, which limits your ability to have the best opportunity to respond to treatment or have a positive outcome. We choose to not have insurance dictate our patient care plans, as we want to provide you with the best care possible. Therefore, we opt to be out-of-network with insurance plans. Our decision to be out-of-network eliminates the ability of your insurance company to ultimately decide the services you are able to receive here at ChiroFitt.
Payment for many services through insurance are denied as “not medically necessary” to providers. However, these same services that are denied for in-network providers are often reimbursed directly to patients when performed out-of-network. As a result, being out-of-network offers you the potential opportunity to have more services paid for by your insurance plan when you are reimbursed directly from the insurance company after paying ChiroFitt for those services. In other words, it would cost you more money for these services being in-network as you would be responsible for the entire cost without any reimbursement by your insurance company.
Another benefit of being out-of-network is that our prices are fixed and you will understand your upfront cost at the time of service. Many health plans today have high-deductibles, leaving you with paying for the majority of your services even when seeing an in-network provider. However, you often are unaware of exactly what those services will cost as your insurance company sets the pricing and that information is not directly disclosed to you until you receive the bill for payment. As a result, you will not receive any unexpected bills from our office as you will know what your cost are at the time of service when you are paying for those services.
